QUIET HOURS

- Outside quiet hours from 9:30PM - 8AM per Scottsdale noise ordinance. No music allowed past quiet hours.

POOL: Pool can be heated for an additional fee.

MUSIC & SPEAKERS

- We provide a small bluetooth speaker for guests to use. No additional speakers are allowed on the property. No Djs. The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls to be respectful of our neighbors. We monitor noise levels to ensure that we are in compliance with Scottsdale’s noise ordinance.

OUTSIDE VENDORS

- Outside vendors must be approved by hosts to not violate the additional guests rule. APPROVED Vendors Include: decorating services, private chefs, yoga instructors and photographers. UNAPPROVED Vendors: DJ’s, Cabana/Pool Boys, strippers.

We have exterior cameras at the front exterior of the house pointing at the street and one over looking the yard. As an out of state host I use this passively to ensure guest and host safety. We employ passive noise level monitoring in the backyard.

Direct Booking- Rental Agreement & Cancel Policy- You will be required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours to fully secure your reservation. Cancelation Policy - 48 hour cancellation policy. After 48 hours your reservation becomes non refundable.
