NO PARTIES

- No parties allowed. Please do not inquire about 1 day bookings we do not allow one night stays.

QUIET HOURS

- Outside quiet hours from 9:30PM - 8AM per Scottsdale noise ordinance. No music allowed past quiet hours.

POOL: Pool can be heated for an additional fee. Inquire directly with the host for fee and must request this service at least 2 days prior to stay

MUSIC & SPEAKERS/KAREOKE

- We provide a small Bluetooth speaker for guests to use. No additional speakers are allowed on the property. Karaoke should be used inside only and maintained at a volume that does not carry beyound the indoor space. No Djs. The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls to be respectful of our neighbors. We monitor noise levels to ensure that we are in compliance with Scottsdale’s noise ordinance. Guest will be responsible for any fee issued due to noise complaints.

OUTSIDE VENDORS

- Outside vendors must be approved by hosts to not violate the additional guests rule. APPROVED Vendors Include: decorating services, private chefs, yoga instructors and photographers. UNAPPROVED Vendors: DJ’s, Cabana/Pool Boys, strippers.

Security - We have exterior cameras at the front exterior of the house pointing at the street and one over looking the yard. As an out of state host I use this passively to ensure guest and host safety. We employ passive noise level monitoring in the backyard.
